Feature
- Machine Body: All machining is done by VMC machine centers, ensuring high working accuracy.
- Four Columns: All columns adopt 45 steel material, forged, quenched, and chromium plated.
- Main Cylinder Rod: Forged process with SKF seals, ensuring long use life.
- Hydraulic System and Oil Tank: Designed on top of the machine for easy operation.
- Working Modes: Jog/semi-auto/automatic modes with PLC control.
- Protection Systems: Hydraulic and electrical systems have overloading protection.
- Water Cooling System: Standard feature.
- Press Composition: Composed of main body and control devices, including frame, main cylinder, knock-out cylinder, hydraulic system, drive mechanism, lower and upper limit switches, pipelines, electrical control cabinet, etc.
- Drive Mechanism: Includes oil tank, high-pressure pumps, low-pressure control system, and valves. The electrical control system is designed according to hydraulic principles. Sequential operation is achieved via pumps, cylinders, valves, tank, and pipelines.
- Applications: Suitable for compression of plastic materials, powder and plastic product forming, heat/cool metal extrusion, metal sheet drawing, stamping, bending, edge-folding, straightening, and depressed mounting. Independent drive structures and electrical devices ensure reliable operation with centralized control buttons. Modes include adjustment, manual operation, and semi-automatic operation.
- Adjustable Parameters: Working pressure, pressing speed, unload-descending speed, and decelerated pressing speed can be adjusted as required.
